On March 28, 2009 Stephen D. Phillips delivered an exciting speech at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Insurance, Liens and Settlements Seminar in Oak Brook. Mr. Phillips spoke on Maximizing Settlements.

Mr. Phillips presented a concept called “The Settlement Video” in which the liability and damages aspects of cases are put on a video and played for the mediator and adjustor on a computer in a short presentation.
