Personal Injury Lawsuit filed Against Benny the Bull

A Naperville dentist filed a personal injury lawsuit in Cook County on Monday against Chicago Bulls mascot, Benny the Bull. Dr. Kalant attended the February 12^th basketball game when he raised his arm and had to give Benny a high-five.

It is alleged that Barry Anderson, who plays Benny, grabbed Dr. Kalant’s arm as he fell forward. Dr. Kalant’s arm was hyperextended which resulted in the doctor rupturing his biceps muscle. Dr. Kalant has had surgery and will be out of work for approximately four (4) months.
