Jill M. Webb has been named one of the 40 Lawyers Under Forty to Watch in the State of Illinois as reported by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and Chicago Lawyer Magazine on August 29, 2008. There are approximately 20,000 lawyers in Illinois under the age of forty.

Ms. Webb is a partner at Phillips Law Offices in Chicago, Illinois.
